The IBP is a term long leadership programme that allows students to stay in the Boarding School to experience communal living. Various programmes are conducted to develop students holistically, with compulsory workshops, such as the Entrepreneurial Leadership Programme, taking up two to three hours per week. Boarding Mentors stay within the halls to supervise the students, and ensure that they adhere to structured routines, yet have space to exercise creativity and discover their inclinations.
